Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at booking—only if you fail to show up or cancel within the required notice period. Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancelation fee of $5. No-Show: No-shows will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service fee, and future bookings will require prepayment.
